- 1st - three stories. It has 15 double rooms. Common kitchen for all. Shower and toilet in the rooms. Some rooms have access to a balcony;
- 2nd - with economy rooms. Shower and toilet on the territory. Common kitchen with standard rooms.
Double room (3rd floor): double bed, refrigerator, TV, nightstand, two armchairs, clothes rack, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Double room with balcony: double bed, bedside tables, refrigerator, TV, nightstand and clothes rack, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), balcony.
Double room (second floor): two single beds.
Double room: double bed, refrigerator, TV, nightstand and clothes rack, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Triple room: double and single beds, refrigerator, TV, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Quadruple room: two double beds, refrigerator, TV, nightstand, armchair, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
There is a common kitchen on the territory where you will find everything you need for cooking. There are also plenty of gazebos, barbecue, children's playground and swing.

Economy double - 700 UAH/day

Double room (3rd floor) - 1100 UAH/day
Double room with balcony - 1500 UAH/day
Double room (second floor) - 800 UAH/day
