The estate "Khutorok" is located in a pine forest. Several houses are situated on the territory. The distance to Lake Svitiaz and (Luka Bay) and Lake Chorne is 10-15 minutes on foot.

We adhere to curfews, so our estate is not for noisy companies!

The house is designed for eight people. There are two quadruple rooms with a TV. Kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, dishes). Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).

Price: 2100 UAH/day

House #3
The house is designed for seven people. There is one triple and one quadruple room. Each room has a refrigerator, TV, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Shared kitchen for two rooms.

Price:
Triple room - 950 UAH/day
Quadruple room - 1200 UAH/day

Другий рік поспіль відпочивалі на цій базі. Дуже сподобалось!!!!!!!!!!! Дуже гарне та тихе місце. Власники дуже милі та уважні до свої відпочивальників, велике дякую їм за це!!! Наступного року приїдемо тільки суди.

Все чудово. Будиночки знаходяться трохи на відстані від с. Світязь, окремо від будь-яких сусідів, що робить це місце чудовим для тихого та спокійного відпочинку. До затоки Луки озера Світязь пішки 12 хвилин. Пляж чистий та усамітнений. Вода - кришталева чиста. Загалом все сбодобалося. Власниця дуже щира та привітна. Будинок номер 2 затишний та комфортний.
