Accommodation:
A two-storey brick house is rented room by room (preference is given to one company):

We invite you to rest with us. Our estate is located parallel to the main street with. Svityaz (October) is therefore calm, protected and cozy here. At the same time VERY CLOSE (3 minutes on foot) to the central beach, lake and all possible options for bars, cafes, shops, discos and various entertainment.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishes, refrigerator, gas stove, kettle) and a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, which can be used only with the permission of the owners).
The family of the owners also lives on the ground floor and only the entrance to the house is shared with the guests.

Three double rooms are located on the second floor (with double bed, wardrobe, hangers, mirror and coffee table) and a large hall with a comfortable sofa (extra sleeping reserve) and a plasma TV.

Meals: home cooking (to order).
 
Price:
Until 31.05.2021 - 175 UAH / day per person.
From 01.06. until 30.06.2021 - 200-250 UAH / day per person.
From 01.07.2021 - 250-300 UAH / day per person.

Prices may vary, depending on the number of days of stay.
All accommodation is pre-booked and agreed by phone.
