The eco house consists of:
The first floor - two triple semi-luxury rooms.
In the rooms: double and single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, fan; kitchen (microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, all necessary utensils for 3 people); bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, towels).
There is a covered terrace with a dining table and benches near the house.
The second floor - triple and quadruple semi-luxury rooms (or a two-room seven-bed room with a kitchen).
In the rooms: double and single beds, refrigerator, bedside table, wardrobe, fan, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, towels).
Kitchen for 2 rooms (electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, all necessary utensils).
Price:
Triple semi-luxury in the eco house (first floor) - from 1350 UAH/day.
Triple semi-luxury in the eco house (second floor) - from 1200 UAH/day.
Quadruple semi-luxury in the eco house (second floor) - from 1500 UAH/day.
The second floor - triple and quadruple semi-luxury rooms (or a two-room seven-bed room with a kitchen).

Eco-cottage (new 2024 building, designed for 7 people).
First floor: living room (sofa, TV), kitchen-studio (fridge, kettle, microwave, induction stove, utensils), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and access to the terrace.
Second floor: triple and quadruple rooms. An air conditioner is installed on the second floor
Price - 4500 UAH.
Discounts are possible depending on the duration and period of stay.

Всі фото відповідають, чисто, гарно, зелено! 7 хв до центрального пляжу, база на тихій вулиці, з дітьми відпочинок те що треба! Обовязково їдьте сюди відпочивати!

Цього року вперше відпочивали на Світязі у садибі "Olala". Одразу хочу висловити подяку господарям садиби Володимиру та Ользі. Все просто чудово. Наявні номери як і двомісні так і багатомісні, комфортні, що дуже радує. До самого озера іти не надто далеко: 5 - 7 хв. Вулиця на якій розташована садиба досить тиха, що також безперечно радує. Територія садиби просто чудова: альтанка, гойдалки, батут. Все просто просто супер
