House number 1: 3-story, 8 rooms available (four - 2 bed, two  3 bed, two  4 bed), common bathroom on the first and second floor. In each room: TV, satellite TV, fridge, kettle, wardrobe clothing. The house has a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking.

House number 2: two-story, has 6 rooms.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one - 3 bed, one - 4 bed with a fireplace). Shared bathroom on the floor. Each room has a refrigerator, kettle, satellite TV.

On the second floor, there are 4 rooms (two - 2 bed, two - 3 bed). Each room has a shower, WC, bidet, fridge, kettle, satellite TV.

Junior suite (one room, 2-3 bedroom, total area - 18 sq. m.) - double bed, sofa bed, satellite TV, fridge, bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, towels - 2 per person). One room with a balcony overlooking the lake.

Standard (one room, 2 bedrooms, total area - 16 sq. m.) - double bed, satellite TV, fridge, bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, towels - 2 per person). One room with a balcony overlooking the lake.

Room with fireplace (one room, 2-3 bedroom, total area - 45 sq. m.) - double bed, sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, fridge, common bathroom for 2 rooms (shower, toilet, bidet).

Room with bathroom from 550 UAH/day per person. 
Room with shared bathroom in the corridor from 450 UAH/day per person.

Children under 5 - years - 50 UAH.
Children from 5 - to 18 - years - 100 UAH.

Important: Check out 12 hours of the day, leading to the 11th hour of the day! 

In the courtyard, there are three grills and two pavilions where you can cook barbecue, soup, and other dishes; children and adult swing; hammock; parasols and sun loungers.

Each room is given 1 towel for 1 person.

Linen - as needed, or 1 in every 5 days.

Firewood - for an extra charge.
