SVILAKE cottage is located on Naberezhna Street in Svitiaz village. It's about 15 minutes to the lake. You will be pleased with a warm welcome, friendly staff, a large green yard, and a children's playground. There are gazebos, barbecues, and Wi-Fi on the territory. You can buy home-grown vegetables and fruits.

Accommodation conditions:
A two-story cottage for 10 people is at your disposal. The cottage has its own yard, gazebo, and barbecue.

1st floor
Two double bedrooms with a bathroom, TV, and refrigerator, wardrobe, nightstand.
2nd floor
Apartment for 6 people with amenities.
Two triple rooms (wardrobe, nightstands, double bed, couch).
Kitchen-studio (electric stove, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, refrigerator with freezer, TV, sofa, balcony access).
Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Each room has a hairdryer and two towels per person.

Price:
Double room - 800 UAH/day,
Apartment (for 6 people) - 2400 UAH/day,
Entire cottage - 4000 UAH/day.

A flexible discount system is available depending on the period and duration of stay.

Жахливі власники. Матами та виразами "Ви шо ах*єли" вриваються до нас в кімнату, почали кричати на нас та погрожувати викликом поліції. Шум їм заважає вночі, хоча в той момент коли вони прийшли шуму не було, просто сиділи вночі і говорили. Ніч перед тим у друга нашого сталась жахлива ситуація, а саме: розріз на нозі довжиною в 15см, через погану сокиру, яку ТІ Ж ВЛАСНИКИ надали нам. Вони в ту ніч навіть не поцікавились, що сталось з нашим другом (приїжджала швидка на подвір'я, його відвезли в Шацьк у лікарню) і їм шум швидкої не заважав, вони зробили вигляд ніби нічого не було, нікого не забирали. А потім вриваються до нас з матами(?). Навіть коли ми намагались вибачитись і вирішити ситуацію, чоловік з жінкою не слухають та продовжують нецензурно обзивати гостей. Коротко кажучи, не раджу. За такі гроші(4000/ніч) можна знайти адекватніші і кращі умови.😊
