Each room has one and a half beds, refrigerator, TV (satellite TV).
The kitchen is shared, fully equipped (gas stove, dishes, electric kettle).
Toilet and shower are shared (hot water is available around the clock).

Cottage (for 6 people).
Two bedrooms. Each has a double bed and a single bed, a T2 plasma TV.
Kitchen: electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, extractor hood, dining table and chairs, all necessary utensils.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin.

In front of the house is a covered terrace with table and chairs.

Price:
Room - 130 UAH / day per person.
Cottage - 1100 UAH / day.
