Our estate is located near Lake Svityaz. The lake is 300 m away - a 10-minute walk.

Accommodation conditions:
At your disposal are double, triple, and five-bed rooms, as well as a four-bed comfort class cottage.
Each room includes: single and double beds, refrigerator, air conditioner, kettle, dishes, bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), and a covered terrace near the room.
Each room has its own veranda with a table and a separate grill.

Four-bed cottage.
The cottage includes: a covered terrace with a mini-kitchen and TV, a hallway-kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), two double rooms with double beds and air conditioning (one room has a TV).

Prices:
Double room - 1200 UAH/day
Triple room - 1800 UAH/day
Five-bed room - 3000 UAH/day
Cottage - 3500 UAH/day

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00.

Відношення господарів жахливе.Їхня "ввічливість" закінчується рівно тоді, коли переведете кошти за житло. Врахуйте момент, що це дерев'яні будинки і шумоізоляції не має. Храп і не тільки ,сусідів забезпечений.

Однозначно не рекомендується.Жахливе відношення господарів. Такого хамського поводження не зустрічала в Шацьку.
Якщо беретесь за ведення бізнесу ,візьміть якісь курси як спілкуватись з людьми...бо ваші світленькі кімнатки не перекривають вашу агресивність і емоційність,що недоречно !
Бо гроші ви зараз візьмете ,але до вас ніколи людина не вернеться більше .

Відпочивали родиною у пані Іванни. Відпочинком залишилися задоволені. Гарне зелене подвір'я, невеличкий ставочок з ліліями, тихе подвір'я. Поруч магазин. В будиночку є все необхідне для відпочинку. Господарі привітні і доброзичливі. Дякуємо за гарний відпочинок🙂.
