Accommodation Conditions:
We invite you for a quiet family vacation or an atmospheric relaxation with your closest friends. Our 2-story cottage is located on a green, fenced area, near a pine forest and the central beach of Shatsk on Lake Svityaz.
Here you can feel the harmony of nature, forget about the noisy city, and recharge.

It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to Lake Svityaz, and you can drive there if you wish. Near the central beach, you can buy cold drinks, ice cream, snacks, and more, and on the beach itself, there is a service for renting pedal boats, boats, and entertainment for children. And, of course, the famous Shatsk donuts, fish, etc., are sold on the beach. Near the shore, some parts of the lake bottom are covered with layers of medicinal CLAY. As is known, it has anti-inflammatory and disinfectant properties, helps with sprains and arthritis, and is also an excellent cosmetic product.

At your service is a two-story cottage designed for 6+3 persons.
First Floor:
Kitchen-dining room (multicooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, sink, dishes, electric stove, dining table, single bed).
Bedroom (two single beds, TV, wardrobe).
Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Second Floor:
Spacious hall with two folding chairs and a coffee table, with access to the balcony.
Two bedrooms (double and single beds, fan).
Bedding is included in the accommodation price. Towels are NOT PROVIDED.
Mosquito nets are installed in each room and the kitchen.

On the territory, there is an outdoor toilet, as well as a large, glazed gazebo with a grill, sink, dining table, and benches. Electricity is supplied to the gazebo, making evening gatherings more comfortable. Also, there is outdoor water supply, allowing you to wash sand off your feet and not bring it into the house.

Price:
Cottage - 2000 - 2500 UAH/night
When booking for one night, the cost is 150% of the accommodation price per night.

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00.
