The house is located almost on the shore of the lake - 50 m (2 minutes on foot), with a private pier and beach. Not far away is a shop (5 minutes on foot).

Accommodation:

There is a separate 2-storey building at your disposal:
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (6-7 sleeping places). Double bed, satellite TV. Living room (sofas, TV). Bathroom (shower, toilet, cold/hot water).Kitchen (cooker, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, utensils). A large room with a stove.
2nd floor: billiards (temporarily for repair).

Price:
Summer - 1500 UAH / day for the house.
