We offer comfortable cottages that are perfect for family vacations, located 900 m from Lake Svityaz.
NOT FOR LOUD PARTIES, we maintain curfew hours, so all loud gatherings are not suitable for our property. Persons under 18+ are accommodated only with parents.

Cottage №1.
Living room (dining table, sofa bed, satellite TV).

3 bedrooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, one room with a sofa bed). 

Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, all necessary dishes).

Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine).
Total house area 72 sq.m.

Cottage №1 - 5000 UAH/day.

Discounts available for bookings of 7 or more days.
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out time until 12:00.

Cottage №2.
We present a two-story modern comfortable cottage designed for 12+4 persons.
First floor.
Kitchen-living room (table with chairs, plasma TV, SMART TV, T2).
Kitchen (electric stove, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, multicooker, microwave, all necessary dishes).
Bedroom 2-person (double bed in the room, bedside tables).
Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Second floor.
Hall (sofa bed)
Four bedrooms (three 2-person and one 4-person (each room with double bed and bedside tables).
Outside there is a covered terrace with a dining table and wooden benches for 14 persons.

Cottage №2 - 8000 UAH/day.
