A comfortable house is rented for a wonderful family vacation (built in 2016), located 30 meters from Lake Svityaz (Luka Bay):

Living room (table and chairs, sofa bed, satellite TV).
3 bedrooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, one room has a sofa bed).
Kitchen fully equipped (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, all necessary utensils, hot and cold water 24/7).
Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hot and cold water 24/7).

An arbor with a brick grill and outdoor furniture is assigned to the house, there is everything necessary for cooking on the grill.
Nearby is a beach with arbors, a swing, and a pier!
