Villa 'Harmony' invites you to relax at Lake Svityaz, 300 meters away. Located in a cozy spot between the Hryada tract and the village of Svityaz, with a well-equipped beach, perfect for family vacations. 

We offer a three-story building with comfortable 'luxury' rooms. Each room is individually decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Each room includes: bathroom, TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, towels.
Daily cleaning is available if needed.
The first digit in the room number indicates the floor. There are a total of 11 rooms.

On the first floor of the house, there is a fully equipped communal kitchen for self-catering, and a large dining hall with a fireplace and TV. Home-cooked meals, goat/cow milk, and dairy products can be delivered on request.
A large area is equipped for cooking over an open fire with grills, a tandoor, an oven, and frying pans.
