We invite you to relax in a brand new house near Lake Svityaz - MOJITO

We present to you a two-level house designed for comfortable accommodation of 9 people. The cottage is located on a private fenced territory 200 meters from Lake Svityaz. The beach is 3 minutes walk away.

First floor:
Large living room with fireplace and terrace access (table with chairs, comfortable sofa and TV).
Kitchen with all amenities (refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishes).
Room with double bed.
Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, washing machine, towels)
Second floor:
Double room with air conditioning, double bed and balcony access.
Triple room with air conditioning, double and single beds and balcony access.
Double room with two single beds.

Near the house there is a spacious covered terrace with table and benches, a barbecue and cooking area.

On the territory there is a sauna with Himalayan salt. Here you will strengthen your immunity, improve your health and have a great rest.
Use of the sauna is included in the house rate.

Price:
Cottage - 5000 UAH/day (including sauna).

For military personnel, a flexible discount system applies.

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
Possibility to change check-in time, subject to no overlapping bookings.
