We invite you to relax in a brand-new house near Lake Svityaz - MOJITO

We present to you a two-story house designed for comfortable accommodation for 9 people. The cottage is located on a private fenced area 200 meters from Lake Svityaz. The beach is a 3-minute walk away.

First floor:
A large living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace (table with chairs, comfortable sofa, and TV).
A kitchen with all amenities (refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishes).
A room with a double bed.
A bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, washing machine, towels)
Second floor:
A double room with air conditioning, a double bed, and access to the balcony.
A triple room with air conditioning, a double bed, and a single bed, and access to the balcony.
A double room with two single beds.

Near the house, there is a spacious covered terrace with a table and benches, a barbecue, and a cooking area.

On the territory, there is a sauna with Himalayan salt. Here you can strengthen your immune system, improve your health, and relax well.
Using the sauna is included in the house price.

Price:
Cottage - UAH 4,000/day (including sauna).
Sauna - UAH 2,000 (unlimited until 23:00).
For military personnel, a flexible discount system applies.

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
Possibility to change check-in times, provided there are no overlapping reservations.
