The cottage is located on a large, cozy, fenced area. It is convenient for both a large family and a fun group of friends to relax here. A pine forest is nearby. It is 800 m to Lake Svityaz - a 10-minute walk.

Accommodation conditions:

A two-story cottage is at your disposal, designed for 8-10 people.
First floor:
A large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (electric stove, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, oven, all necessary utensils).
Bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin).
Second floor:
Two bedrooms with double and one single-and-a-half beds.
Balcony with access to the living room, which has a sofa bed and 2 armchairs.

In front of the house, there is a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture.

Price:
Cottage - from 6000 UAH/day depending on the number of guests.
