The cottage is located on a large, cozy, fenced area. It is convenient for both a large family and a cheerful company of friends to rest here. Nearby is a pine forest. It is 800 m to Lake Svityaz - a 10-minute walk.

Accommodation conditions:

At your disposal is a two-story cottage designed for 8-10 people.
First floor:
A large guest room with a fireplace and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, oven, all necessary dishes).
Bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
Second floor:
Two bedrooms with double and one and a half beds.
Balcony with access to the guest room, which has a sofa bed and 2 armchairs.

In front of the house, there is a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture.

Price:
Cottage - 5000 UAH/day.
 
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out until 12:00.
