Accommodation conditions:
Three two-story log cottages are available for rent, located 250 m from Lake Svityaz.

New construction from 2017. All furniture is custom-made from natural wood, using trees such as ash, oak, spruce, pine, and others. The wood is treated with water-based oil to preserve its natural scent.

The house is designed for 6 people.

First floor:
Living room with a sofa and two wicker chairs, a plasma TV (satellite TV).
Kitchen fully equipped (electric stove, microwave, set of dishes, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer).
Bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink, hot and cold water).
Bedroom (double bed, TV)

Second floor:
Two bedrooms (double).
In front of the house, there is a covered terrace with a wooden table and chairs.

Price:

Cottage - 4000 UAH/day

The house is designed for 6 people.

Living room with two sofas and a chair, plasma TV (satellite TV).

Kitchen fully equipped (electric stove, microwave, set of dishes, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer).

Bedroom (double bed).

Second floor:

Two bedrooms (double), air conditioner.

First floor:
Living room - kitchen with two leather sofas, a soft corner, and a TV (satellite TV).
Kitchen fully equipped (gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, dishes).
Bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink, washing machine).
Bedroom (double bed).

Second floor:
Three bedrooms(double bed, sofas in two rooms).
Bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
*The cottage has air conditioning.

Відпочивали цього літа, атмосфера тут ульот. Територія величезна, господарі хороші люди. Діти задоволені, рекомендую будинки Сієста ( усі зручності)

Відпочинок вдався на всі 100%)У нас була компанія з 8 дорослих і 6 дітлахів до 4-х рочків)Будинок шикарний, розташування супер(5хв до озера пішки),водичка тепла,чиста. Вразила велика територія біля будинку,де ми були фактично самі…діти мали чим зайнятися (батут,пісочниця,лежаки,гойдалки)…є місце поганяти футбол і посмажити страви на мангалі). Повернемося до вас ще🫶🏻

Відпочивали сім'єю 3 дні!! До озера 300 м,йти з дитиною 3.5 хвилини!!! Дім чистий,номери з кондиціонером,на вікнах москітні сітки,що немало важливо!! Кухня обладнана плитою газовою і холодильником, посуд весь наявний!!! Санвузли чисті!!! Територія озеленення,власники приємні і хороші люди!! Один мінус павутинки на ганку,але це ж природа тому без образ!! Рекомендую всім!!!!
