Conditions of Stay:

A two-story comfortable cottage with all amenities. Designed for 8 people.

On the first floor: a spacious living room with a fireplace and leather sofas, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking (electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, extractor fan, dishes), a bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink), two bedrooms (double and quadruple). The rooms have a double bed, or 2 fold-out sofas, a wardrobe, nightstands.

On the second floor: two triple rooms. The rooms have a double and a single-and-a-half bed, wardrobe, nightstands. Bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink, washing machine).

Parking for cars on the territory. The yard of the house is fenced, non-driveable. In front of the house, there is a large covered terrace with tables and chairs.

Price:
Cottage - 8000 UAH.

We invite tourists in the winter period.
Long-term rental is possible.

good access to the lake and sandy beach.

Nearby pine forest with blueberries and mushrooms.

Всем привет.

Отдыхали семьями в Свитязь Хауз. Все понравилось. Очень, чистый, уютный дом С евроремонтом. Отдельно хотелось отметить терасу где мы все с лёгкостью садились и ужинали под закат солнца.

Территория отличная Парковка, мангал огромный на территории , качели. Близость к озеру совсем не обсуждается - очень близко !!! 50 метров как и написано в объявлении.

Если вы хотите отличное место для пары семей или компании Свитязь Хауз то что нужно. Рекомендуем!!!
