"Zatyshok" Estate is located on the shore of Lake Svitiaz in the town of Shatsk. The cottages are suitable for family, individual recreation, for couples, and good friendly companies. Necessary conditions for a comfortable stay, celebrations, fishing (well caught: carp, bream, pike). Accommodation conditions:

New house:

The kitchen-living room is equipped with everything necessary for cooking (fridge, electric stove, kettle, sink, set of dishes, dining table and chairs, TV (satellite TV)).
Two bedrooms, each with 2 double beds.
Bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, cold and hot water 24/7).
Next to the house, there is a gazebo with a barbecue and parking for cars.
The house is designed for 6-8 people (2 families).

Cottage:

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking (fridge, stove, kettle, sink, set of dishes)
Three bedrooms (one for four people, two for three people), two double beds, two single beds, and two sofa beds
The house has a TV with satellite TV, a bathroom (bath, toilet, sink), hot water 24/7.
The house is designed for 10 people.

Small house:

Two bedrooms, each with a double and single bed
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking (fridge, stove, kettle, set of dishes)
All amenities are located outside in separate buildings (toilet, shower, sink, cold and hot water 24/7)
The house is designed for 6 people (2 families)

Price:

New house - 1400 UAH per day (6-8 people).
Cottage - 1600 UAH per day (possible to rent 2 rooms for 800 UAH),
Small house - 800 UAH per day (5-6 people).

50% discount from 01.09.

Included in the price: room cleaning and linen change as needed.

Дуже в захваті від відпочинку. Все мега затишно та комфортно. Будинок в чистоті та затишку , завжди прохолода яка забеспечує комфотне перебування великій родині. Озеро поблизу та завжди чиста вода. Та окрема подяка господарам будинку за їх відкритість, розуміння та любов до своєї справи🤗

Чудове місце для відпочинку, затишний будинок привітні та відповідальні господарі, які завжди раді допомогти. У дворі багато дерев і квітів, а також є ставок, тому знаходитися в спеку там цілком комфортно. Для сімейного відпочинку - ідеальний варіант!

Очень понравился отдых в этой усадьбе! Хорошие домики, очень уютная зелёная территория. У каждого домика свой огороженный зеленью двор, мангал, беседка, качеля, песочница, никто никому не мешает!Приятные хозяева, всегда готовы помочь! Нам очень понравилось, готовы вернуться ещё.
