The cottage is located at Lake Svityaz, Stupa (Illichivka). The distance to the beach is 100 meters. We have the best beach on Lake Svityaz, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with changing cabins. The quiet, cozy location, the presence of a pine forest nearby (20m), the absence of noisy companies, comfort, cleanliness, and order will make your stay at our "Golden Fish" base unforgettable. The village of Pulmo is 1.5 km away, and the Stupa is 6 km away.

Accommodation conditions:

The recreational complex consists of several houses.

The "Golden Fish" cottage is rented entirely and is designed for 8 people:
1st floor: kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine), 1 large hall with a fireplace. Each room has a TV and wardrobe. Exit to the terrace (great view of the lake). Designed for 8 people.
2nd floor: The 2nd floor has a separate entrance, one room with a total area of 25 sq.m and 2 double beds. The room also has a refrigerator, wardrobe, TV, and air conditioner. Designed for 4 people.

Wooden cottage for 3 people:
single and double bed, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe. Self-catering in the summer kitchen (fully equipped) located nearby, also in the building of the summer kitchen there is a shower and 2 toilets. The summer kitchen is in the photo (a brick house next to the wooden houses).

Price:

Central cottage - 2500 UAH/day

Wooden cottage for 3 people - 900 UAH/day.

Чудове місце для відпочинку. Відпочивала на цих вихідних.Дуже сподобалося. Чисто, всі зручності. Власниця привітна. Для тих хто любить спокійний відпочинок.

Очень понравилось. Уютное, спокойное и тихое местечко у озера, которое идеально подошло для нашей небольшой компании. Хозяйка очень приветливая и приятная. Всё чисто, продумано и сделано для людей, а не для аренды.
Немножко огорчило отсутствие рядом магазинов с продуктами, но для тех, кто с машиной это не проблема.
В следующем году планируем ещё раз приехать, только уже на более длительный срок.
