Accommodation Conditions
The estate has three houses.

Large white house accommodates 12-14 people and has six bedrooms.
Four rooms have a double bed, sofa bed and television.
One room has a single bed, and another has a bed and sofa bed. Also, the rooms have televisions.
Three rooms have air conditioners, and the others have fans.
Two bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink).
A large kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for comfortable cooking.

Price:
Entire house - 7000 UAH/day.
It is possible to rent only the first floor - 3000 UAH/day.
Minimum two days.

Wooden house No. 1 accommodates 4-6 people.
The house has two rooms. One room with air conditioner, one with fan. Each room has separate kitchens (fully equipped) and bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink). Each room has a double bed and two sofa beds, televisions.

Price:
Part No. 1 - 2500 UAH/day.
Part No. 2 (with air conditioner) - 2100 UAH/day.
Minimum three days.

Wooden house No. 2.
The house has three rooms. Each room has a separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Each room has a double bed, sofa bed, television, refrigerator. Everything necessary for cooking is provided. Each room has a separate terrace with a table and chairs.

Price:
Part No. 3.5 - 2000 UAH/day.
Part No. 4  - 2100 UAH/day.

At your service:

On the estate there is a pond enclosed by a fence.
700m to Lake Pisochne.
