It takes 7-10 minutes on foot to get to Lake Svitiaz and a beautiful beach.

Accommodation conditions:

5 rooms are available for rent:

3 rooms with double beds,

2 rooms with two single beds,

Each room includes: air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, shower, toilet, sink, cold and hot water, terrace with table and chairs, soft corner (in the triple room).

Shared kitchen, fully equipped: electric stove, dishes, electric kettle, microwave oven.

A Euro folding bed is provided upon request.

There is a cafe on the territory. If desired, you can order three meals a day.

Pets are allowed, weighing no more than 5 kg.

Price:

Double room: - 1000 UAH/day,

Triple room - 1500 UAH/day,

Extra bed - 200 UAH/day.
