VILLA VITA

Three identical two-story cottages are available (up to 7 adults in each):
First floor: living room with a cozy corner, TV (satellite TV), refrigerator and dishes, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hot and cold water available 24/7).

Second floor: two double bedrooms, one room with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Each room has access to a balcony.
All cottages are equipped with air conditioning.
Kitchen: hood, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, electric stove, all necessary utensils, large dining table for 10 people.

In front of the house, there is a covered terrace with wicker furniture and a clothes dryer.
Each cottage has new modern gazebos with a kitchen for self-catering.

Also at your disposal 1 room (above the cafe), which has 3 single beds, a TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom on the first floor.

gazebo with a barbecue grill, stove, and wood-burning stove,

large swing near each house,

sauna for an additional fee,

large pond with a waterfall, bridges, and lighting.

Cottage – 3500 UAH/day
Additional bed - 200 UAH/day.
Family cottage – 3000 UAH/day (up to 4 guests).
Separate room (above the cafe) – 1000 UAH/day (up to 3 guests).
A security deposit of 500 UAH is required upon check-in.
