Shared Kitchen for five rooms. Everything you need for cooking is available - electric and gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes.
There is also a closed pavilion with tables and benches on the territory.

Apartments for 6 People:
Living room with a fold-out soft corner and coffee table.
Two bedrooms with double beds.
Equipped kitchen. Everything you need for cooking is available - electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes, dining table, and chairs.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

Apartments for 7 People:
Living room with a divan and coffee table.
Three bedrooms. Two have double beds, and the third is a pass-through room with a fold-out sofa and a small sofa.
Equipped kitchen. Everything you need for cooking is available - electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes, dining table, and chairs.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

From the terrace, there is a unique view of the embankment and Lake Svityaz.

Price:
Triple Room - 3000 UAH/day.
Apartments for 6 People - 6000 UAH/day.
Apartments for 7 People - 7000 UAH/day.
